Tracking Your Parcel

Currently, we are using SingPost Smartpac, Ninjavan and QExpress to serve all our customers. Subsequently, parcel to overseas, we will send via FedEx, TNT and QExpress Asia to suit our customer needs. Below are the links to trace your parcels.

For Local (Singapore Address) parcels:

1) For SingPost, please click https://www.singpost.com/track-items/ and key in the tracking number details as given by us. It takes about 1-2 working days for the system to update the status.

2) For NinjaVan, please click https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking and key in the tracking number details given by us. It takes about 1 working day for the system to update the status. NinjaVan drivers will contact recipient before delivery.

3) For QExpress, please click https://www.qxpress.net/Customer/TraceParcels?TrackingNo= and key in the Delivery Order Number given by us to check the status. QExpress frequently updates the system.

 

For Overseas parcels:

1) For FedEx, please click https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track to trace your parcel. Key in the tracking number given by us to check the status. 

2) For TNT, please click https://www.tnt.com/express/en_sg/site/shipping-tools/tracking.html to trace your parcel. Key in the tracking number given by us to check the status. 

3) For QExpress Asia, please click https://www.qxpress.net/Customer/TraceParcels?TrackingNo= and key in the Delivery Order Number given by us to check the status. QExpress frequently updates the system.
